Returns

 

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return:

 

• The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

 

To start a return, contact us at info@magnihide.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your item.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrives damaged or defective.

Refunds

 

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

 

• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• If your item is not eligible for return (e.g., damaged through misuse or missing components), we will notify you.

Damaged or Defective Items

 

If your product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll offer a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

Non-Returnable Items
